San Antonio Potters Guild

About Us

Founded in 1995 and rooted in San Antonio, we are a vibrant community of individuals from the city, and surrounding areas, who share a passion for working with clay. Our members include functional potters, ceramic artists, and sculptors. We welcome creators of all experience levels—professionals, hobbyists, students, and those just beginning their clay journey. We also embrace "friends of clay"—collectors, supporters, and patrons dedicated to advancing the future of ceramics in the San Antonio region.

The mission of the San Antonio Potters Guild is to support the artistic growth and professional development of its members by providing educational programs, social and community events, and professional development opportunities. In so doing, we seek to promote a vibrant ceramic arts community in San Antonio and the surrounding area.
